Q: How much does the service cost?

A: The service is offered in both a licensed and managed version. The pricing varies based on a number of considerations including for example lead volume, the type of service being selected and any customization that might be required. It’s actually a lot easier to understand the pricing once you’ve seen a demo of the product.

Q: If schools purchase the managed version of the product, do they still get access to the system?

A: Yes! LeadWatchLive™ is only a platform; the data belongs to the schools. Even if the school chooses to have their campaigns managed for them, they will have their own log in with complete access to the data 24/7, including lead information, campaign performance, vendor performance, etc...

Q: Can you post into our CRM?

A: Yes. The IMS can post leads to any CRM system. Customization of the system occurs at the time of implementation.

Q: Can the IMS manage more than one lead generation campaign at once?

A: Yes. The IMS is designed to manage several campaigns at once, including PPC and natural search campaigns, CPL vendor campaigns, offline media campaigns (ie radio, print, etc), and leads generated from the school’s own website.

Q: I have different pricing with different vendors. Does the system handle that?

A: Yes. Not only does it accommodate pricing by vendor, but you can also price a vendor by campaign. For example, you can pay vendor ABC $20 for leads in one campaign and $25 for leads in another campaign. We can show you how easy it is to set that up in the demo.

Q: Does the system accommodate different pricing at the degree or program level? I pay a different price for my certificate programs than I do for my degree programs. Can the system manage that?

A: Yes, the system easily accommodates that. Be sure to ask specifically about that when you see the demo.

Q: Can the IMS manage leads generated through other forms of media?

A: Yes. The IMS can manage leads from many types of sources including, CPM, CPC, and Drive-to-Web campaigns. As long as it has a URL the IMS can manage it. This allows you to compare these different channels against one another to see which sources are most effective and allow you to allocate your budgets accordingly. The system can also manage leads that you generate directly from your school’s website. That way, all your leads are in one place.

Q: As a licensed client, can I host the system on my own servers (i.e. internally)?

A: We currently don’t offer client hosting as an option. Knowing that many of our clients have budget, human, and technology resource constraints, we wanted to design a system that required low or no maintenance, a low up front dollar investment and no additional cost beyond that of actually using the system.

Q: How do you keep the system and data secure?

A: The less technical answer is that we host the system at a secure, Tier 1 location, with redundant power, Internet access, climate control, etc. This helps clients avoid the need to invest in any hardware, software, or other technology infrastructure.

The more technical answer is that we use triple load balanced servers with failover capabilities to guarantee continuous availability and high reliability. We also use Cisco technologies to create a secure environment and documented disaster recovery protocols to keep data safe and secure.

Q: What is the cost of upgrades to the system?

A: There are no ongoing system maintenance or upgrade fees. We are constantly adding new features and making improvements to the system based on feedback from our EDU partners. Since we host the system, software updates and upgrades are automatic. This means that as these are made, all clients gain instant access to them.

Q: What kind of service and support does LeadWatchLive provide?

A: Our goal is to help our education partners succeed. We realize that as advanced as the LeadWatchLive inquiry management platform is, schools will still require support in their efforts to utilize the solution. Every school that uses the system, regardless of whether they are licensing the platform or utilizing our media management services, will have a dedicated account representative to provide service and support should the client need it.
